Every pack of spice from SUNGROWN Harvests has a story — one that begins long before it reaches your kitchen shelf. It starts in small nursery trays, where pepper seedlings push through the soil, reaching for sunlight and the start of something flavorful.

From these tiny sprouts, our farmers nurture each plant with care, using sustainable practices and rich Caribbean soil to bring out the best in every harvest. Once matured, the peppers are handpicked at their peak — when color, aroma, and heat are perfectly balanced.

The next stage is drying — a process that locks in all the natural oils and sweetness of the fruit. This step is key to producing the rich, deep flavor our customers love. The dried peppers are then milled into fine powder or blended into unique seasoning mixes, all crafted in small batches to preserve freshness and authenticity.

When you sprinkle our Pimento Powder or taste our Moruga Red Salt, you’re tasting more than spice — you’re tasting a journey. From seedling to powder, each step honors the connection between the land, the farmer, and your table.
