Moruga Red Pepper Salt Roasted Vegetables

A medley of colorful vegetables is roasted to perfection with olive oil, black pepper, and Sungrown Harvests Moruga Red Pepper Salt. This dish makes a vibrant, healthy side with bold Caribbean heat, ideal for weeknight meals or festive gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups mixed vegetables (carrot, zucchini, bell peppers, potatoes)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Sungrown Harvests Moruga Red Pepper Salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Toss vegetables in olive oil, Moruga Red Pepper Salt, and black pepper.

  3. Spread evenly on a baking tray.

  4. Roast 25–30 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Serve as a side dish with meats or grains.
